Today is the 14th day of my 1st job.

well, below is my observation towards the co include the Boss and my colleague, Aida:

1) Business model

Overall, the business idea is good. Helping ppl to reduce their mortgage interest payable. Well, i am not that confident with this co's viability. Has little clients and with a bossy managing director. there are few competitors doing the same things outside there. But the different is that we have guarantee return and we deal with banker professionally. Guarantee return means, we will return the consultancy fees if we couldnt make the saving for client. 2) Working environment

Too bad. there are only 3 ppls work in the firm include my boss. Sigh.. not even 10staffs!! no chance to meet my potential soul mate in workplace too....wuwu.. the office located in a shop lot..basically i would just rate 2 above 5 point scale. too bad.

3) Boss

Ar..i want to complain. Please give me a good reason for keeping me OT most of the nights.....ar..unsystematic or inefficient internal management flow....well, i am very dissatify with this..this make my feeling up and down. quit or not quit???should I? I wanted to keep a distance with boss..unfortunately, he always ask me go lunch or dinner with him...i can excuse for the dinner but not the lunch. who ask Aida makan di rumah??? haiz...Boss, can you please go out and have some business discussions?? One more thing, please clarify my job scopes...i am now like an admin staff, but also a personal secretary....sigh. I never get my things done before 5pm just because of your sudden requests and tasks....

3) Aida

she is my colleague..a very patient person. However, i couldnt understand...who she can work for him for almost one year?? power of patient???
